Crystal Fedyshyn, a graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Elementary Education, has been an integral part of the firm since its inception in January 2010. Working in close partnership with Scott, Crystal has played a pivotal role in the firm's evolution. Her journey began with gaining hands-on experience in bookkeeping and taxes, providing her with a solid foundation in the financial aspects of the business.

Today, as the Director of Operations, Crystal is the driving force behind the smooth functioning of the firm's daily activities. Her role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring that every process is streamlined for efficiency and effectiveness.
